By using the site and the services provided on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties. The information and services available on the site may only be used for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and career information and for employers and/or recruiters seeking to recruit staff. CVregister.com authorises you to download, use and print information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. It is prohibited to distribute, display, copy, transmit or store material without limitation, Web Site content (a) in violation of an applicable law or regulation or (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property rights of others.

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belongs to or CVregister.com Ltd or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

Limitation of liability

CVregister.com is only an advertising medium. This Web Site acts as a medium for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post CV's and does not censor or screen the listings offered. CVregister.com is not involved in the actual transaction between candidate and employers. As a result, CVregister.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or CV's posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through CVregister.com.

We are under no legal obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided by other users which is made available through CVregister.com. By its very nature, other people's information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate and in some cases will be mislabelled or deceptively labelled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using CVregister.com

The Web Site Content may contain errors or inaccuracies. CVregister.com makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the Web Site or the Web Site Content. The use of the Web Site and the Web Site Content is at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any CV or material contained therein placed by you on CVregister.com. Employers/Recruiters are solely responsible for their postings on CVregister.com

Credit card payments/Instalments

CVregister.com’s core job seeking services are free to use. However, some non-core services require payment to access. The payments are made by credit card using World pay's secure transaction environment. Please visit Worldpay's web site for more information.

Customers shall pay CVregister.com for the service in full & shall pay all applicable VAT & other taxes imposed on charges for services made under this agreement.

All invoices are to be paid by Customer within 14 days of the date of the invoice, unless otherwise stated.

Where the Customer is paying in instalments, & an instalment is unpaid at any time during the agreement, CVregister.com can withdraw the instalment payment option & the entire amount outstanding will become immediately due and payable.

CVregister.com may charge interest on all sums outstanding beyond the date on which they are due for payment under this agreement at a rate of 3% per annum above bank base.

Upon termination of the Agreement for any reason the provision of the Service shall immediately cease & the full amount of any sums owing to CVregister.com by the Customer shall become payable with immediate effect including, but not limited to, any amount of the Licence Fee that has not been paid by the Customer & which relates to the period following termination.

CVregister.com services

Services and information provided on the site by us and our third party suppliers are intended to assist in the job seeking or recruitment process. Neither we nor our third party suppliers can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. You should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the site in circumstances which may result in loss or damage.

Registration and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration whether or not authorised by you. You agree to immediately notify CVregister.com of any unauthorised use of your registration or password.

Multi-Job Posting Services

The Customer accepts that CVregister.com is not responsible for:

The establishment or maintenance of any account held with any multi-job posting supplier; & Any errors, omissions, duplicate entries or faults caused by any multi-job posting suppliers; & Communicating updates to the job posting screen, Service, & xml feed to third-party suppliers.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy for any reason and believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with your full account details and reason for requesting a refund.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management

Service availability

We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the site at any time.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and all disputes shall be decided by the English courts.
